1. Our gift cards can be purchased online and in-store. Our gift cards range from £20 to £500.
2. Your digital gift card will be emailed to you. Please check your spam and junk folders.
3. To redeem online, please use the code in email at checkout. Simply add code into ‘Discount code or gift card’ at checkout. To redeem in-store, please present your code to our sales associate prior to payment.

We advise you to look thoroughly through your emails including your junks and spams. It may also be helpful searching for the date of purchase in email. If you are still having trouble, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Our gift cards are only valid for a year from the date of purchase.

We are unable to exchange gift cards for cash.

Our gift cards are digital gift cards sent to emails. If you’d like a physical gift card, we can issue them in store.

You can add their delivery address. Your gift will be beautifully packaged upon arrival. Don't worry, your gift will not arrive with an invoice or any price tag.

Please contact us with an order number and photo to return your gift. Unfortunately, we cannot process a refund, but we can issue a gift card of equivalent value for you to spend on our beautiful pieces.
