Our best-selling personalised and initial necklaces are 18-20 inches. 

If you wish to shorten or extend your necklace or bracelet chain length, please visit one of our stores and they can assist you with your wishes. To shorten, it is carefully measured and agreed before we do so. To lengthen, we can sell and attach additional extenders (2 inches) for £3 each.

Taking care of your Dylan Oaks jewellery is crucial for longer-wear meaning a lifetime of compliments. Here are some guidelines on how to maintain your jewellery.

1. We recommend using a soft cloth or cotton ball to lightly wipe down your Dylan Oaks jewellery.
2. Mix warm water and a mild, ammonia and phosphate-free soap.
3. Dip a soft cloth or a soft brush into the mixture and gently clean your jewellery with it. Ensure that you are gentle to prevent any damage or scratching. 
4. Rinse off with cold water and pat dry with a soft cloth.

• We can only engrave in capital letters
• Please be aware, there is a limit on how many characters we can engrave for the right fit. However, we will always try our best!
• 2cm letter bar - 5 characters max
• 3cm letter bar - 9 characters max
• 4cm letter bar - 12 characters max
• We can engrave fadas and acute accents
• Unfortunately, we are unable to engrave emojis however we can engrave a simple heart, star and infinity sign. Please use your emoji keyboard to type heart, star and infinity emojis to state your desired engravement.

Horizontal Letter Bar:

• Your top engraving will be the same direction as your front engraving. When turned to show others when worn, it will read to them rather than yourself.
• The back engraving are intentionally designed to be engraved on the opposite direction. This ensures that when worn to the front, the engraving will read correctly. If we were to engrave this the other way around, the engraving would appear backwards when worn to the front of the necklace.

Vertical Letter Bar:

• Front: front engravement
• Back: Right side
• Top: Left side
• Engravement text is not engraved from top to bottom in individual letters. It is engraved horizontally as a word.

Yes! Additional engravings can be added in store. Please locate the nearest store to you.

Yes you can! Esme heart(s) can be added to your necklace in store. Unfortunately we currently do not offer this on our online platform. Please visit one of our stores.
